get_provision
Read the full wording of a single provision.
Arguments

| act · required | Short name, ELI, CELEX or id of a search result |
| provision · required | Official marker such as § 823 or Artikel 6; alternatively eid/slug from get_document |
| language | Desired held text language; defaults to German, then English |
| include_children | Include subordinate paragraphs and points; default true |

If you do not know the marker, use search_provisions first. Use the returned provision’s url as a precise citation.
For acts without individually addressable provisions, use get_document for the wording and search_provisions for passages in the continuous text. status: fetching asks you to repeat the same call after retry_after_seconds.
