Government of Canada Date: 27 October 2021 11:19:25 Dear Mesdames, dear Sirs,  I write under the instructions of the Tribunal in respect of the revised schedule for the Hearing on Jurisdiction that was submitted jointly by the Parties on 26 October 2021.  The Tribunal observes that the proposed schedule sets out the sequence in which witnesses will be examined and indicates which days each witness will be examined, but includes no indication of the length of time for each witness examination.
